  • A man matching the suspect was reported around nearby Lowell Elementary but was not immediately found. Police were searching for the suspect described as a white male wearing clothing including a medical gown and socks but no shoes and checking nearby school campuses, grocery stores, and medical facilities. The 600 block E incident took place just before 9 AM where the victim said she had taken refuge inside a nearby business after the man grabbed her bag and fled to a nearby bus stop before walking away from the area.
